If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact via the Contact Us section located within the ‘Info’ section at the foot of our site.

2. Fill in the form with all relevant information, including order numbers, your information, products purchased and why you are looking to return the item.

3. Await response from our customer services team with further information (usually within 24 hours).

4. Send your parcel to us (unfortunately we cannot currently offer free returns, the customer must pay the shipping fees to return the item).

5. Await confirmation of receiving your item and refund from our customer services team (we look to complete within 14 days dependant upon payment method).
